LOCAL WATER SOURCES – CAN YOU HELP?

We are putting together a register of local water sources (dams, river access, large pools etc) that our brigade can access during a fire.

If you have a source on your property and are happy for it to be used in an emergency, please send an email to linleynewton@hotmail.com.

Sharing this info now, lets us plan and respond quickly when needed.

Redesdale has an active CFA volunteer fire brigade dating back to 1938.

Redesdale Fire Brigade (RFB) has a wide range of members drawn from rural and urban communities across many professions.  We are keen to attract more younger members with extensive practical and online training available. The RFB conducts training and maintenance activities each Sunday morning, anyone interested is welcome to come along.

To become a member or find out more about RFB, contact Captain Andy King on 0409 864 410 or Secretary Geoff Thomas on 0429 143 490.

The township of Redesdale is in the southern most point of the Northern Fire Region and the RFB is a member of the Eppalock Group.
